Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Boot Camp - This class will tone your body and increase your core strength. Check out this energetic mix of total body workouts!

 

Party/Hip Hop Cycle – Cycling is a great cardio workout on an indoor stationary bike listening to FUN music. It works for beginners as well as for elite athletes because you control the intensity as you cycle flat roads and killer hills.

 

Yoga Chill/Grooves – This class will help you focus on your body, mind, and spirit through a series of basic standing and seated poses. Yoga increases flexibility and relieves you from the stresses of the day.

 

Shake & Shimmy Dance - Shake & Shimmy your body into awesome shape! This fun cardio dance class will have you grooving to routines inspired by popular music.

 

Jabs & Abs-A boxing circuit designed to improve your strength and fit¬ness. A great mix of boxing, core strength, resis¬tance work and cardio. Lots of fun and a good stress relief!

 

Hip Hop Dance- Hip Hop is an energetic and fun class for all level dancers. Learn basic steps, rhythms, musicality, and choreography to popular hip hop music.

 

Killer Core- A class designed to strengthen & tone your mid-section like never before!

 

THE 100-Watch an episode of THE 100 while you crunch, plank, squat, & lunge!

 

Power Pump-A barbell session that is quick paced and focused on strengthening all major muscle groups. This is a great workout for the beginner and advanced participant.

 

Basketball-Show up, play, and have fun! You might win a t-shirt!
